Negotiation with a debtor is an art. When practised well it will produce very good results. Our team are trained to negotiate firmly and authoritatively but without alienating the debtor. You may have an ongoing relationship with the debtor and want to maintain a commercial relationship with the debtor. Our approach to negotiation is tailored to ensure that your commercial relationship is not damaged by alienating the debtor.

In our experience, most cases are settled by negotiation without the necessity for further legal proceedings. Wherever possible, we would seek to negotiate a settlement with a debtor.
